Take a Ride With the Foreclosure Eviction Patrol

by Tony on June 19, 2009

AP Correspondent Haven Daley rode along with sheriff’s deputies responsible for evicting foreclosed homeowners. Last year they’d get a few foreclosure-related calls every week. Now they’re evicting dozens of homeowners weekly. (Oct. 29)

The banks should allow homeowner to be squatters, which would prevent the house from getting trashed/damaged. then if the house was resold there would be an orderly transition which benefits both the buyer and the former homeowner.
Oh well, the free market prefers to just cry to the government for taxpayer money.

Unfortunately, there is no guarantee there would be an orderly transition of ownership. The foreclosed families may become angry toward the new owners.

Police should not get involved unless it is a two way street, meaning that they knock on the banks door too, they put all these bad loans together. The home owner always lose at the end, no one helps them, no one!

Get the fuck out and snap back into reality. Stop buying shit you can’t afford. If you can’t afford what you want, you need to want something else. Simple as that.

That’s a small very small pay back after the traunces of mortgage pool investors, lenders, underwriters, brokers, and yes real estate agents set up and took part in the liar loans. And then told the media that it’s home owners doing all the lying..

No loss.
Now their taking some of that bail out money to hire the illegals to clean up the mess. They can sell it to the next (liar) sucker in line.

I have an idea!

How about everyone in the country stops paying their mortgage for several months until the banks decide to change their ways. Everyone saves money, and those who want to screw people over get screwed by the people.

I could never do such a horrible, heartless job. How could I live w/myself & go home to my soft bed, family, to look in the mirror knowing I was even partly responsible for putting people on the street! I thank God that he made me with a heart!
