There is hope out there for people that are going into foreclosure or need help with lowering mortgage payments.80% of homeowners who try to do a modification by them selves will not be succesful. The company I work for has saved many homes from foreclosure and Modified many loans into more affordable payments. We have maintained an “A” rating with the Better Busniess Bureau with 0 complaints. Bottom line we’re a real company and please email me with any questions

Hud councler and HOPE councler told me too bad. Currently unemployed. pack up and foreclose. The biggest problem is liar loans were given to people who did’nt stand a chance or could afford in the first place, so no type of mod could work. Mortgage audit service I’m currently with me said, ” My current finances have nothing to do with modifying. They have to offer me a loan based on my income for the years of purchase.” All modifications are cover ups and scams!

Just be careful with the company you choose. Get background info about them first.

You don’t need ANYONE to do a modification or talk to the lenders. Once you know the law you can do it yourself. I did it by reading this ebook. My home was in foreclosure and 30 days before the auction. I used the legal letters in the ebook and kept my house. That was three years ago!
