You don’t need ANYONE to do a modification or talk to the lenders. Once you know the law you can do it yourself. I did it by reading this ebook. My home was in foreclosure and 30 days before the auction. I used the legal letters in the ebook and kept my house. That was three years ago!

I found this great company call My Loan Rescue.. they got me a great modification …. they have a fee but it was well worth it… they droped my payment 700 bucks a month… there number is 763 477 8510 in case u want it

Hud councler and HOPE councler told me too bad. Currently unemployed. pack up and foreclose. The biggest problem is liar loans were given to people who did’nt stand a chance or could afford in the first place, so no type of mod could work. Mortgage audit service I’m currently with me said, ” My current finances have nothing to do with modifying. They have to offer me a loan based on my income for the years of purchase.” All modifications are cover ups and scams!
