When is the notorious Emerald Mortgage Corp (of California) and its broker/owner Markus Shepherd getting indicated? I know that the California Department of Real Estate and the California Department of Corporations has recently nailed them, and there are also about 15 civil suits in various stages. I guess the FBI is slower than the state and civil system…

“ripping off the federal government”! . Bwahahahahahah! Its the Feds who caused all this mess by not regulating the market. Instead they were dropping expensive bombs on the poor Iraqis! Either way, the stupid American bastards pay!

Marcus D. Ward was a member of Christ church Apostolic for years, him and his wife chenille ward. and would be flashing mercedes, coupes, mercedes sedans, and cadillac escalades. And just started the business in 1997, serving as an elder for christ chruch, selling their 50 acre property and ripping off the church, being on their payroll. its sad for his family and friends, now the clown is about to serve time for scheming the people and the government.

Convieniently, there locking up all the “little fish” while madoff, stanford and other get a way scott-free.

This is no different than giving some black youth 10 years for a bag of weed when the WHITE collar Criminals get nada as usual.

The bankers caused the problems, the feds looked the other way. And the feds are now giving up grant money to investigate. What about the buyers? Are they not responsible as well?
