Hey John, I live in Canada but I find it interesting to know the price of real estate there. After seeing the news of the housing fiasco all over the USA, we Canadians care about the people that fell between the cracks there. Keep up all the entertainment u so ceatively offer.
John.
Maybe interesting is the wrong word. We dont get the opportunity to hear about house prices and comparisons to ours. I have been following how residents r losing their homes due to the lending fiasco. Our banks r regulated to prevent that, although some banks invested in that sceme. I assume the low prices r from forclosures and the banks need to recoup at a loss.
Thanks for the reply.
JOHN. .
holy crap… I have a 3 stories 6 bedrooms 3 bathrooms house that is probably 4 times as big as that last one they are asking 209k for and it cost me 550k to build last year and that is Canadian funds, lake side, 300×600 terrain, you guys need to move to Canada :)
209,000 grand!!! for a single 2 bedroom 1 bath house?! that’s really overpriced! I mean the asking price is probably typical around that area. If I have such money, I can buy a better, bigger house in TX.
Yeah, with a big ol’ jet flying right overhead – I’m gonna jump right on that property! And what about the gangbangers that have already broken into the place?
health care is free for everybody and cold is fun, we’re not fucking beach pussies that shiver and cant drive their car when there is 1/4 inch of snow on the road
