You need to have an attorney present in which and how many states? Feds need to standardize all home loans. If an American is buying a home there should only be a few options for those loans. Should all be low interest and fixed rate. Perhaps ABC 3,4,5 percent THATS IT! non of the bs.

Also all loans need to be immediately reset to low interest fixed rate to keep ALL or MOST Americans in there homes . TOO BAD for the banks if they dont get their high interest. If you have a pulse – APPROVED!
