Who’s gonna bailout homeowners if Obama and his henchmen are instituting a “Bad Bank” slush fund to hide their real losses?

A “Workout” mean actual accounting. To do a workout, wouldn’t banks have to re-write their books to reflect “worked out” mortgages that have probably already been “securitized” and “derivative-ized” packed and sold over and over on the “Black Market” aka the “Secondary Market”.

You better make them “Produce The Note” or become homeless.

This is not a drill folks.

The whole thing is just un believable. I can directly relate to this because Im going through the process myself with Metlife. I would be happy to share the sucess I have obtained through working with a lawyer for free, with any others that have applied with Metlife.

For every person ripped off by a loan modification attorney in California, therre are thousands defrauded by the banks who took taxpayer money and are refusing to abide by the agreements they signed. The corrupt polititions in Sacramento are about to make it illegal for an attorney to charge a retainer when a desperate homeowner needs someone to enforce their rights against these banks. BASIC IQ TEST ANSWER; Bank of America is to Schwartzneiger/Comacho/Geitner as Haliburton is to Cheney
