this is only the beginning, the housing(debt)boom fueled by irrational exuberance combined with a global recession is going to see alot of fools and their money easily separated.

agree… cant see the banks wanting to hold onto those debts though, so there is going to be a dependancy for more rentals all over .. so many people, so little housing corp houses
